George Carlin, one of the greatest counter culture comedians of all time passed away tonight. His humor was always biting and he always advocated going against the establishment, be it religious, cultural or political.

Anyone who came of age in the 70's knew his classic album "Class Clown" and could recite the "seven words" by heart.

His was a voice tha will be sorely missed.

Check out George Carlin's interview on Fresh Air (link below). Terry Gross is by far my favorite radio interviewer. These interviews were originally broadcast on June 1, 1990 and November 1, 2004.

I used to be such a nice boy until i heard my first Carlin album. His raving voice of reason and his encouragement to question everything and take nothing at face value will be sorely missed.

Peace:Skippy
